As a Manager at DWF and as a legal counsel secondee for our various multinational clients, Neelam has extensive experience and prowess in managing medium and high complexity projects and also possesses the skills to draft and train the team for specific document-types related to the project.
Neelam has experience in enhancing legal operations through interdepartmental collaborations and liaising. Prior to joining DWF, Neelam worked at a top-tier law firm, handling litigation and arbitration for high-value commercial and real estate contracts. She worked with a renowned finance house, drafting and managing contracts and transactions related to estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
She has over 8 years of experience in reviewing, negotiating and redlining property contracts, commercial contracts. Neelam holds an LLB degree from ILS Law College, Pune.
