Projects include: design and implementation of firm-wide data validation and accuracy in conjunction with the BI team; designing portal workflows; data innovation for clients; SLA compliancy. In addition, Ra'chael has designed a claims handling system within our case management system to encompass the Lloyd's Minimum Standards Coverholder Reporting.
Ra'chael is client-facing which includes demonstrating innovative approaches to data and attending panel review meetings - which both require an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all clients' needs. Ra'chael has extensive experience with firm mergers which takes careful handling – she is tactful, considerate and understanding and acts as a central point of contact both during and following mergers.
Rachael is also the President of the Birmingham Insurance Institute (2018-19).
