Tim has acted for a wide range of clients, including advertising agencies, marketing companies, sports bodies, charities, police forces, local authorities, schools, universities and professional bodies, usually in defending claims for defamation (both libel and slander), malicious falsehood, privacy, breach of confidence and breaches of data protection rights/obligations.
He has been involved in a large number of reported cases including Tim regularly advises clients on their data protection obligations and supports them in dealing with cyber incidents.
