How we can help

The Procurement Act 2023 has introduced significant reform to public sector procurement in England and Wales.  At a time of significant change in procurement law, the Procurement Centre of Excellence (“PCE”) has been established to ensure that we offer technically excellent practical advice on procurement strategy and implement procurements.

We can provide contracting authorities and suppliers with immediate access to:

Our PCE specialists offer a variety of expertise in procurement disputes, with experience in acting on both sides of procurement challenges (for both contracting authorities and suppliers alike). With a wealth of experience in procurement proceedings within the Technology and Construction Court, we have successfully defended numerous claims on behalf of Local and Central Government bodies. As a team of experienced and skilled dispute resolution advisers, we take a multi-disciplinary approach to procurement disputes to achieve the best possible outcome for clients in a variety of challenges, projects and discrete strategic advice, at all stages during the procurement process, pre-action and litigated challenges.
