The Procurement Act 2023 has introduced significant reform to public sector procurement in England and Wales. At a time of significant change in procurement law, the Procurement Centre of Excellence (“PCE”) has been established to ensure that we offer technically excellent practical advice on procurement strategy and implement procurements.
