Based on a review of Government templates including the Model Services Contract, Mid-Tier Contract, Short Form Contract, and the Public Sector Contract used for CCS Frameworks. Drawing on our experience of drafting these templates alongside the Cabinet Office, Government Legal, and CCS, DWF offered practical advice on how and when to use them. We also highlighted the amendments Contracting Authorities needed to make to their own template contracts, along with insights gathered from projects with several of our Local Authority clients.
