Experience
Andrea graduated in law from the University of Milan in 1993 and started practising law at the Izar firm in 1994. He qualified as a lawyer in 1997.
Andrea was partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo where he worked from 2008 to January 2023. He joined DWF in January 2023.
He is a lawyear specialising in labour law. Advises companies on all aspects of it such as day-to-day employment advice, employing compliance, labour relation and collective employment, recruitment, restructuring and redundancy and pensions law.
Andrea holds a PhD in labour law and industrial relazions from the University of Pavia and teaches labour law at the University of Insubria.
He is the author of several publications on labour law and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
