Experience
Matteo is an associate of the Employment Law Department of the Milan office, providing out-of-court and in-court advice and assistance to Italian and multinational companies across all key areas of Italian employment law.
Specifically, his practice focuses on managing dismissals (both individual and collective) and settlement negotiations (including the drafting of settlement agreements), drafting of employment, consulting, and agency contracts, non-competition and retention agreements, and designing specific company policies. He also assists clients in all stages of litigation before the Italian courts.
Matteo graduated in 2022 from the University of Pavia with a thesis on constitutional law and, before joining DWF, worked at leading Italian and international law firms. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2025.
