1. What's your current role and which team do you work in?
I'm a Partner in the Corporate team in Manchester.
2. How has your career grown since starting at DWF?
I started at DWF in 2011 as a solicitor in the Corporate Team and have grown and evolved with the team over the years to a Senior Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate and now a Partner.
3. How has the business supported your career aspirations?
I was given the opportunity to be involved in different initiatives and projects such as doing an international secondment but also understanding my ambitions and goal to become a partner and providing guidance and know-how of what it takes to be a Partner.
4. Following your quote in one of our articles and your involvement with the Race and Ethnicity network, what are your experiences of D&I at DWF?

Over the past few years there has been a notable increase in activity surrounding D&I at DWF. It's positive to see. Increased awareness and discussion around individual experience is how real change will happen so I am hopeful we will see movement and increased representation as this continues.

5. What do you like the most about working at DWF?
The people, the firm takes pride in recruiting a diverse mix of individuals which creates different viewpoints and thought processes which helps to foster innovative thinking in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
