DWF shortlisted in five categories at the 2022 FT Innovative Lawyers in Europe Awards

12 October 2022

DWF has been shortlisted in five categories at this year’s Financial Times Innovative Lawyers awards, including being in contention for the 'Most Innovative Law Firm in Europe' accolade.  We are delighted to be among the contenders for these awards, which celebrate the stand out innovations being delivered by legal teams and businesses across Europe.

We are also shortlisted in the following categories for innovations encompassing diversity and inclusion, digital transformation, plus developing strategies for ESG and innovation:

Diversity & Inclusion

We deployed an analytical solution to help to fully understand our diversity profile across all strands of diversity and inclusion (D&I). The solution we have now gives us a much better chance of understanding the true picture across the business and achieving our D&I goals.

Intrapreneur of the year

Our chief information officer Daniel Pollick has been shortlisted for this award. Daniel is leading the programme of change to deliver the electronic realisation of DWF's overall vision of integrated legal services across its three divisions: Legal Advisory, Mindcrest, Connected Services for the benefit of DWF's colleagues and clients.

Strategic approach to innovation

We have been shortlisted for our development of a Group-wide innovation strategy that addresses strategic direction, value measurement and culture.

Sustainable business of law

DWF published its first global ESG strategy in December 2021 outlining six areas of focus from climate action and diversity & inclusion to supporting and connecting with clients and empowering our colleagues and communities.
