Roberto Culicchi is considered a specialist in capital markets and financial and banking regulation, bringing with him over 20 years' experience, including assisting in equity capital markets transactions (such as IPOs and capital increases), debt securities issuance (domestic and international), takeover bids, as well as structured finance transactions, financial and banking regulation and compliance and corporate governance of listed issuers.
Roberto also has significant experience as an in-house lawyer, having served for several years as General Counsel of the Italian branch of the Swiss bank EFG Bank.
Previously, he acted as a counsel for the international law firm Clifford Chance from 1995 to 2007, and prior to that as Partner and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Hogan Lovells.
