Commenting on the array of appointments, DWF Asia Pacific Chairman Mark Hickey said it was a great result for the firm to see such strong representation across a range of specialities which was indicative of DWF’s continued growth and expansion in the Australian market.
"It’s great to see the recognition of our lawyers’ excellence and hard work again this year. DWF continues to be recognised for its high-calibre talent and quality of service across a range of specialisations including insolvency, litigation, real estate and property, corporate and M&A, banking and finance, workplace relations, and insurance among others.
“The firm continues to grow at a rapid pace due to our strong reputation within the industry and our commitment to excellence in service delivery for our clients,” Mr Hickey said.
DWF entered the Australian legal market in 2017 and has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Newcastle. DWF recently acquired leading legal and managed services business, Mindcrest, which has offices in India, the USA and London. DWF Mindcrest will allow DWF to better support its clients with services including litigation support, contracts, compliance and legal analytics.
DWF Mindcrest is the latest indication of DWF’s expansion and growth aspirations in the Australian market. The Australian practice now employs approximately 200 people, providing clients with a range of complex, managed and connected services.
