DWF in Poland has advised MS Innovation Impulse GmbH and Synthos Green Energy, subsidiaries of Mr. Michał Sołowow, on the establishment of a joint venture ("SPV") with ZE PAK S.A. to conduct activities in nuclear energy.
Based on the agreement the parties establish a special purpose vehicle operating in the nuclear energy field, through the construction of SMR technology-based generation units in Pątnów, where ZE PAK is currently active in lignite power generation.
The DWF team in Poland advising MS Innovation Impulse GMBH, included Dr Rafał Woźniak (Local Partner) and Krzysztof Jagiełło (Senior Associate).
