The minibond, entitled "Metaltherm S.r.l. - Variable Rate with Cap and Floor - 2022-2026", has a maximum nominal amount of 1 million euros and will be placed through the crowdbond portal managed by Opstart S.r.l., a crowdfunding portal operator authorized by CONSOB.
The issue, intended for subscription only by professional investors subject to prudential supervision, will be admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The issue is also characterized by the innovative easy-issuance procedure, aimed at facilitating the management of payments and subscriptions by the Issuer and developed by Monte Titoli.
