DWF's Italian team has advised BPCE Lease in a €19.5 million long-term and VAT financing for the construction of 20 MW in three utility-scale solar power plants in Italy owned by SENS - Iqony Solar Energy Solutions, a leader in renewable energy.
The DWF team comprised Michele Cicchetti, Guglielmo Fabbricatore and Gianni Vettorello for the finance aspects, Francesca Leo for the EPC, O&M and real estate aspects, Claudia Laterza for energy regulatory aspects and Luca Lo Pò for derivative aspects.
