Bartosz Piekarski is an advocate trainee and a Junior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department at DWF Poland. Bartosz specialises in dispute resolution, with particular focus on cases related to infrastructure projects, corporate matters and insurance. He also advises clients in pre-litigation stages. His experience includes advisory on cases concerning damages, motor vehicle insurance, directors and officers liability, D&O insurance, reinsurance and retrocession, construction, EPC contracts and creditor protection in the event of debtor insolvency. Bartosz also has experience with real estate and insurance regulation, including bancassurance.
