Experience
Clare has over 22 years’ experience acting for large corporates, international and domestic insurers, and local government agencies. 

Clare provides strategic advice on policy interpretation, coverage disputes and recovery pathways, and regularly acts in complex, multi party litigation in the superior courts, including matters involving contractual indemnities, dual insurance and contribution issues. 

Clare also acts in matters where WorkSafe prosecutions and workers’ compensation proceedings run in parallel to civil claims, ensuring clients receive coordinated and commercially grounded guidance across all intersecting jurisdictions.

Clare’s broad experience has given her a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and an ability to manage a large portfolio of matters. Her clients particularly value her technical skills and stringent case management. She is adept at evidence gathering and is a confident advocate. She focuses on collaborating with her clients to best protect their interests and identify contribution prospects early.
