Gianluca Petrachi is a lawyer specialized in regulatory law and a member of the Milan bar association from September 2019.
Gianluca graduated in 2017 with a single-cycle master's degree in law from University of Milan, defending a thesis on corporate criminal responsibility of corporate groups regulated by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
After completing his course of study, he carried out his legal traineeship in several leading law firms in Milan.
Before joining the firm, Gianluca has worked for a well-known legal boutique in Milan and has collaborated as seconded for a branch of a French bank.
Gianluca advises Italian and foreign (EU and extra EU) supervised entities such as banks, trust companies, investment and asset management companies and, in particular, assists supervised entities in their daily activities, in requests made by the Supervisory Authorities, in the drafting of contracts, opinions, internal policies and procedures, as well as with everything related to banking and financial regulations and issues related to collective asset management.
