Graham has lead some of the largest liability and quantum cases in the UK insurance market and is categorised as one of the country's leading insurance practitioners in the independent directories. He has built and grown 3 major insurance liability law firms and teams.
Graham has led a number of the key High Court and Appeal Court cases in this area of litigation, over the last 20 years. He was the first defendant solicitor to create an in-house medical rehabilitation team and provide specialist training to fellow solicitors on key personal injury issues as well as to insurers and reinsurers.
Much of his work is international and he has advised on many large loss injury cases for French and Spanish insurers as well as for UK insurers relating to accidents in those jurisdictions. Further afield, he is currently acting for insurers in Peru, in relation to a helicopter accident with multiple fatalities.
He is listed as one of only two star performers, nationally, in the Chambers & Partners guide to UK Lawyers for Defendant Personal Injury. He has, for many years, been ranked in the top category for his work.
Graham was the first solicitor to be elected Master of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, the City of London's Livery Company for the UK insurance industry and he is, also, a Freeman of the City of London.
