Experience
Helen is an experienced healthcare expert and has represented NHS Defendant Trusts through NHS Resolution for over 13 years. Helen has experience in dealing with a varied caseload which has included cases of a high value and complex nature, cases involving challenging litigants in person, mediations and she has successfully defended several cases to Trial. Helen also has experience in representing NHS Trusts at Inquests. She also has a particular interest in cases concerning the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Helen is also a lecturer for the University of Law, teaching Tort and dispute resolution to law students in their postgraduate courses before becoming lawyers.
