Internationally, he has worked on disputes in Oman, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Peru to name a few jurisdictions.
His most recent experience includes advising insurers and reinsurers on a hydro project in Peru, advice on DSU for a Ghanaian power plant and advising on coverage following the collapse of a Brazilian dam.
He regularly advises clients on comparative law issues and on all insurance and reinsurance disputes relating to Property, CAR, EAR, PL and PI insurance covers.
