Experience
Jorge has many years of experience in providing legal-tax counselling for companies and individuals. He leads the Tax department in Spain. He is a member on leave of absence of the Internal Revenue Service of Spain and was head of the Technical Office of the Barcelona Tax Agency and responsible for the training of the Treasury Department’s Technical Staff about inspection and sanctioning procedures (IEF).
He advises in tax optimization processes, tax procedures, as well as inspections and in appeals and claims of various kinds and has participated in large-scale operations. He provides ongoing tax advice to a variety of clients, including large companies and private clients.
Jorge is professor and regular speaker at various forums, and he is author of many books and articles on taxation.
