Lauren leads the firm’s Scottish Industrial Disease practice, and is an accredited specialist in Personal Injury Law. A former Senior Litigator with APIL, she brings extensive experience from a top‑tier Pursuer PI Band 1 firm, offering a useful dual perspective in defence work. Her practice covers motor, employers’ and occupiers’ liability, clinical negligence, fatal accident and industrial disease claims, including HAVS, pleural plaques, mesothelioma, sarcoidosis, silicosis, dermatitis and noise‑induced hearing loss.She has acted for public bodies in matters that often require careful handling due to political sensitivity or public interest. Known for her clarity and steady approach, she focuses on proportionate and commercially practical case management.
Lauren manages legacy and high value litigation involving complex liability, causation and quantum issues, coordinating multi‑expert and multi‑defender cases.
