Luca has joined DWF, after having gained experience in all the main areas of Employment Law at leading Law Firms in Milan.
Luca graduated from the University of Milan and he is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2020.
Luca specializes in all Employment Law matters and provides legal consulting services to Italian and foreign companies and assistance in court litigations.
He regularly advises major multinational entities on labor and employment aspects also related to M&A transactions, including reorganizations and restructurings.
He also regularly provides employment law advice related to senior manager dismissals, including litigations.
