Mark has extensive experience of all aspects of defence of professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, brokers and construction professionals such as architects, surveyors and engineers.
He has represented solicitors in claims arising from the whole spectrum of legal practice (commercial/domestic property, commercial / personal injury litigation, probate, matrimonial, corporate, criminal) both for the Solicitors Indemnity Fund and in the open market.
Mark is particularly experienced in acting for practices with a small number of partners and/or those who are suffering financial stress or regulatory difficulties.
