Michelle has extensive experience advising on business critical and complex commercial disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in England and Wales relating to transport, fraud, public law, data protection, group litigation, and business protection disputes, including injunctive relief. Michelle's group litigation experience includes defending a UK supermarket in the first data protection group litigation to reach the Supreme Court and she has led the litigation for numerous reported cases.Michelle relocated to the Dubai office in January 2026, having spent her career at DWF since being a trainee. Michelle acts in complex commercial litigation, both in the offshore Courts and the onshore UAE Courts, representing global companies, high profile funds and high net worth individuals on a wide range of commercial disputes, including complex cross border litigation, asset recovery litigation, shareholder disputes, financial crime and fraud and enforcement.
