Neil has worked for the entity now known as DWF Claims for 20 years, being one of the founders of the business in 1998. Since being appointed the Head of the business in 2012, Neil has overseen organic growth from £2m to £8m on a global basis.
Neil was previously both a Claims Broker in the London market and also sat on a Claims box in Lloyds for Syndicate 657 from 1994 to 1998.
