Rachel has practised in the healthcare sector for over 10 years. She has experience representing private healthcare providers and NHS Trusts, via NHS Resolution. She has taken a number of claims to contested Trial, successfully defending each of them, including a multi-million pound claim for wrongful birth.
Rachel has extensive experience in dealing with multi-party actions and product liability, having been involved in her previous role in claims relating to mesh procedures. She liaised closely with manufacturer defendant representatives and parties in other jurisdictions.
Rachel has a particular expertise in cases concerning informed consent and claims for involving patients with psychiatric injury.
