Her areas of specialisation are particularly focused around advising on matters relating to procurement (public and commercial), administrative law, legal advice, and contentious-administrative litigation.
Before joining RCD, Rocío was the Head of Legal Advice and Public Procurement at FGC Mobilitat. She was also Head of Public Procurement at Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya and Cementiris de Barcelona, as well as Head of Coordination of Legal Services at Barcelona de Serveis Municipals.
She has led projects for the digitalisation of public procurement procedures and has collaborated as a lecturer with the School of Public Administration and in conferences and lectures on socially responsible public procurement.
