Experience
Sarah is a defendant catastrophic injury lawyer. She specialises in a range of claims from sub-catastrophic injury to claims of the upmost severity, arising from motor and complex employer and public liability claims on behalf of insurers.
Sarah practice covers a wide spectrum of experience from chronic pain to spinal and amputation cases. She has a particular interest and specialism in brain injury claims at all levels of severity, from subtle brain injuries to PVS. She has developed a niche interest in Functional Neurological Disorders and is putting together a working group.
Her portfolio includes a wide range of complex liability claims and she has an interest in cases involving complex technical arguments, having successfully struck out claims due to an abuse of process.
Sarah adopts a pragmatic and innovative approach to cases which often includes maximising, where possible, statutory funding for care and associated losses to help facilitate the optimum outcomes on claims.
