Experience
William’s experience has covered various sectors including financial services, construction, telecoms and IT, pharmaceutical, and agricultural. He is experienced in handling a wide range of disputes including contractual disputes, company and shareholder disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, and serious fraud. He has both obtained and successfully defended applications for interim orders, including interim interdict. William has advised and represented clients in litigation, international arbitration, and mediation. He regularly provides pragmatic and commercial advice in respect of dispute avoidance. William completed both the Law (LLB) degree as well as the masters in Innovation, Technology and the Law (LLM) at the University of Edinburgh prior to obtaining the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen. William is a Scottish Notary Public.
