Experience
Jim has a wealth of experience in transactional, development and infrastructure work and has worked on international projects including wind (onshore and offshore), solar, hydro, interconnectors, gas and coal-fired power plants, chemical plants and some offshore oil and gas projects.
Jim has worked with most standard forms of contract and has drafted bespoke contracts for both construction and operational phases of projects.
He has worked on a variety of UK development projects ranging from small office fit-out contracts to large shopping centres acting for both developers and lenders.
