Experience
Zita has experience advising local and international clients in a wide variety of sectors. She is experienced in advising on M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations, in particular acting for clients in the energy, technology and financial services sectors. She also advises on employee share incentives, including approved and unapproved share options. Zita is dual qualified, as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser.
Zita sits on the Women in Tax Scotland committee.
