DWF launches innovative cloud-based learning solution at Legal Geek

13 October 2020
DWF Ventures, the research and development business of DWF Connected Services, has launched a new digital learning platform, called DWF Advantage, for clients to create new learning experiences for employees on any device, anywhere and at any time.
DWF Advantage is a subscription-based cloud learning solution comprising of proprietary and third party content. The application provides a learning experience that can be tailored and customised to meet specific business needs, and provide management information reporting and automated communications.

The simplified subscription model provides clients with the flexibility and adaptability to customise DWF Advantage to their specific business needs while keeping a simple and effective pricing structure. The flexible digital business model allows scalability and great value per user.

Jonathan Patterson, Managing Director, DWF Ventures, said, "Many businesses need to deliver training to large numbers of people, often at different sites across the country, while minimising the cost pressures and impact of taking people out of the business. They also need to create and maintain a record of compliance to be used as evidence when needed. Traditionally this has been delivered in training workshops or online classes, but this isn’t scalable, cost effective or possible. To fix this, we created this subscription-based cloud learning solution comprising of proprietary and third party content that can be accessed from any device, anywhere, at any time.

"Having already secured a handful of sizeable clients as foundation customers, we have seen them being able to quickly up-skill their people on a range of subjects without the need for them to spend time out of the business and removing additional travel or facilitation costs."

Jason Ford, CEO of Connected Services, DWF, said, "Our Connected Services business was established to provide complementary services (and products) to clients alongside legal advice, in order to provide a more integrated and efficient service, resulting in savings in time and cost.  DWF Advantage is a great example of this approach. This solution not only provides a training and development platform, but one that is flexible, scalable and adaptable to client needs and circumstances.

"Global issues like COVID-19 have highlighted the importance of businesses needing to be agile in order to operate as normal, and solutions like DWF Advantage will allow businesses to be normal and provide a dependable and viable means to keep employees trained, compliant and informed."
