The deal sees CRU acquire Fertilizer International, Nitrogen+Syngas, and Sulphur publications. CRU already owns the sister conferences associated with each publication, with the reunion strengthening engagement and facilitating knowledge-sharing in the fertilizer and chemicals industries.
