Experience
Franco oversees our Subrogation group and supports his team of lawyers and paralegals with strategy direction, client management and business development. He has handled matters involving product liability failures, construction defect claims, water and fire losses, occupiers’ liability, and general commercial matters such as complex shareholder disputes and breaches of contract.
He has represented clients before all levels of Court in British Columbia and has successfully advocated for clients in numerous mediations. When not in the office, Franco plays basketball and volleyball. He also volunteers at Access Pro Bono’s Paralegal Clinic as duty counsel.
