As Group Head of AI Operations, Harmeet is responsible for shaping and executing DWF's AI vision across legal and business services. He leads the firm's AI Operations function, overseeing AI governance, technology adoption, innovation programmes, operational delivery, and the implementation of scalable AI solutions that support both clients and internal teams.
Harmeet plays a key role in establishing the frameworks, policies, and controls required for the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, risk professionals, and legal stakeholders, he ensures that AI initiatives align with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, information security obligations, and business objectives.
A strong advocate for innovation, Harmeet has led the deployment and adoption of multiple AI-enabled solutions across legal operations, document review, knowledge management, compliance, and business support functions. His focus is on combining advanced technologies, including generative AI, automation, machine learning, and workflow orchestration, with practical operational expertise to deliver measurable value for clients and colleagues.
Prior to leading AI Operations, Harmeet held leadership roles within Legal Operations, where he was responsible for large-scale service delivery and business transformation programmes. He successfully led multidisciplinary teams supporting clients across financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive, consulting, real estate, software, and other sectors.
Harmeet brings extensive experience in project management, regulatory operations, process optimisation, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has delivered significant efficiency improvements through technology enablement, automation, operating model redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping organisations reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance service delivery.
His academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Christ University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Queensland University.
Outside of his professional life, Harmeet is an avid reader, biker, and runner who enjoys exploring new destinations and gaining new perspectives through travel.
