Experience
Ian has over 15 years experience in the personal injury and insurance sector, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006. Since joining DWF in 2017 Ian has progressed to the position of Manager of the Volume Credit Hire team, with overall responsibility for team performance and quality.
Prior to joining DWF Ian gained a wealth of experience as a claimant lawyer, Operations Manager and Partner. Ian's experience provides insight into how our opponents tactically approach matters and their likely responses to changes in the insurance sector. It also allows Ian drive operational efficiencies internally and make recommendations for our clients, either by providing training or ad hoc support on request.
