Iñaki has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial field. He is an expert in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital and contractual law.
He has advised on transactions of great importance for all types of organizations and also has great experience in advising family businesses. Likewise, he provides expert advice to start-ups and entrepreneurs and accompanies them through every project stage, such as negotiating with investors, drafting shareholders’ agreements, etc.
Iñaki is a professor of Commercial Law at the Master of Administrative Management of the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Master of Administrative Management from the University Abat Oliva CEU. He is a lecturer at the College of Economists of Catalonia (CEC) and the Association of Administrative Managers of Catalonia. He has also participated in many industry forums and is the author of several articles on commercial matters and contributor to various specialized magazines.
Moreover, he has been consistently ranked among the most active legal advisers in M&A and Private Equity by Spanish rankings.
