Experience
Throughout her career, Julie-Ann has acted in some of Northern Ireland's most significant construction and procurement cases for major construction companies and public bodies. In addition to expertise in non-contentious construction matters with particular focus on NEC and JCT standard forms, Julie-Ann has acted for clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes across a range of construction and infrastructure projects.
In addition to construction, Julie-Ann is recognised for her knowledge of public procurement law particularly within the construction sector.
Having also held roles as Head of Legal for private companies in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, Julie-Ann is acutely positioned to advise businesses on legal risks and strategies whilst understanding commercial realities.
