In addition to providing environmental and health & safety support on corporate and property transactions, Keith provides EHS compliance advice to industrial clients and advises on Part 2A contaminated land proceedings, environmental dilapidations and PFAS disputes and insurance claims.
Keith has advised on environmental liability issues arising from spills at transport depots, helping clients manage regulatory obligations, assess potential liabilities and mitigate environmental risks. Supported the surrender of environmental permits for waste transfer facilities, providing strategic guidance on compliance requirements and regulatory engagement throughout the process. Also advised a telecommunications network operator on environmental compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable legislation and supporting the effective management of ongoing regulatory obligations.
As former head of environment at LexisNexis, Keith has drafted industry standard environmental precedents for transactions and is recognised in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for his environmental work.
