Having accumulated over three years of professional experience in litigation and legal advisory, Michał specializes in advising and representing banks in disputes related to foreign currency loans. His work primarily involves providing legal support in cases concerning loan agreements, regulatory compliance, and contractual disputes.
Prior to specializing in banking litigation, Michał gained substantial experience in competition law, advising on cases involving abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements, and unfair market practices. He also worked on insolvency-related matters, supporting both creditors and debtors in debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, helping clients fully evaluate their legal rights and available courses of action.
