Having previously spent several years working in-house for a national developer, Stephen combines strong private practice credentials with valuable in-house insight, enabling him to deliver commercially focused, pragmatic advice aligned with clients’ operational and strategic priorities.
He advises developers, investors and public sector bodies across a range of asset classes, including living-sector, logistics, retail and mixed-use developments. He has deep experience of delivery and divestment structures, including forward funding, forward sales and corporate joint ventures.
Stephen is known for his relationship-led approach, technical strength and ability to navigate complex transactions, as well as his commitment to mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
