Karolina Wojciechowska is an attorney-at-law trainee and works as a Junior Associate at Banking, Finance & Insolvency Litigation Department of DWF in Poland.
Karolina’s previous experience includes being a member of a legal team advising the trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings of one of the Polish banks. Moreover, she participated in preparing pleadings regarding foreign currency loans. Her area of interest includes the concept of abusive clauses in foreign currency loans and the case law of the CJEU concerning this matter.
