Experience
For more than thirty years she has been supporting Italian and foreign Banks, SIMs and Trust Companies in the interpretation and application of sector regulations, also for the start-up of business in Italy, and in relations with the Supervisory Authorities, and in litigation. She is a lecturer in training courses and speaker at conferences on MIFID and banking and financial regulation.
Over the past 10 years, she has held positions as a member of the supervisory committee in compulsory liquidation proceedings of insurance companies and as an independent director for a bank.
