This relaxed social event is delivered in collaboration with Everlast, alongside a range of inspiring speakers and wellbeing brands. The programme is designed to educate, inspire and connect those interested in running, training and overall wellbeing.

What to expect
Guest speaker contributions from:
- Stephen Melling, Founder of the Neon Night Run
- Tony O’Brien, international athlete representing England and Great Britain; current holder of World and European Masters titles in his age category
- Owen Quirk, who will spotlight disordered eating and exercise within sport and fitness, and the importance of healthy preparation
A local coffee and matcha café will be providing healthy smoothies, matcha, protein balls and other nutritious snacks throughout the event. There will also be free giveaways on the night!
