DWF expands in the tax field with Ottavia Orlandoni's team

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, continued its expansion with the addition of partner Ottavia Orlandoni and Attorney Giuseppe Moramarco, experts in Italian tax law with proven experience in international taxation.

Ottavia Orlandoni is a certified public accountant with significant experience in boutique firms specializing in tax law. Ottavia has been involved in tax advice and assistance in M&A transactions for multinational groups, corporations and investment funds, as well as tax planning for individuals (High Net Worth Individuals, managers); In addition, she has built a proven track record in assisting companies operating in the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy. Ottavia has authored numerous publications and regularly serves as a speaker at workshops and conferences on national and international tax matters.

Giuseppe Moramarco is a lawyer with a master's degree in tax law and experience in leading Italian tax firms. Giuseppe focuses on the tax aspects of extraordinary transactions, international taxation of multinational groups, and tax aspects of energy. His areas of expertise include structuring M&A transactions, European and international taxation, and personal taxation.
