DWF advised Yeldo in the preferred equity investment in Cascais

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Yeldo, a European group specialized in raising capital for institutional-grade real estate transactions, in a co-investment operation with preferred equity for the development of an exclusive residential complex in Cascais.
The DWF team was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Pò, European head of the firm’s financial regulation practice and comprised of counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri.
Portuguese law aspects were handled by Nobre Guedes – Sociedade de Advogados SP RL, part of the DWF group, with partner Luís Nobre Guedes.
