DWF's comprehensive advice to Enter Air covered all stages of the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation related to the acquisition of shares in the company owning the pilot training centre and the refinancing of a Boeing 737 simulator, as well as support in the closing phase of the transaction.
Krzysztof Kropidłowski, Counsel from the Corporate and M&A Department, was responsible for the transaction part of the project related to the acquisition of shares, while the part related to the refinancing of the simulator was led by Tomasz Kaczmarek, Partner from the Banking and Finance Department with the support of Tomasz Jabłoński, Associate from the Banking and Finance Department.
The team involved in the project also included Adrian Jonca, Partner and Izabela Plis, Counsel from the Tax Department. Strategic supervision was provided by Dr Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner of DWF Poland.
With the acquisition of shares in the training centre from AFG, Enter Air plans to further develop the Enter Air Training Center by launching a new B737 MAX simulator and a B737 passenger cabin mockup for safety procedure training for cabin crew.
