Charlotte is an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) working within the Employment Team having previously worked in the team specialising in complex Employment Tribunal cases and large corporate transactions. Charlotte deals with all areas of employment law ranging from TUPE to discrimination.
As a PSL Charlotte remains up-to-date on all the changes in the world of employment, prepares and maintains the team's precedent and know how bank and writes regular articles and legal updates. In addition, Charlotte uses her technical expertise to provide training for clients on the practical and commercial application of employment law.
Employment law is notoriously complex and fast-moving, Charlotte organises regular webinars and conferences to ensure our clients are well informed of the latest developments.
Charlotte is on the North West Employment Lawyers Association training committee.
