Experience
Christopher has diverse experience managing a portfolio of claims for domestic and international insurers, as well as corporate and self-insureds, including claims pursuant to the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002, the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 and the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.
In addition to personal injury litigation, Christopher is experienced in property claims, indemnity disputes, recoveries, class actions and Royal Commissions. He works closely with his clients to achieve superior legal and non-legal outcomes in advisory and litigation settings.
